Welcome to Winchester Hills! A wonderful, established neighborhood with a diverse range of residents. The two phases and 172 homes provide a sense of community while still offering enough space for everyone.
Having wide, tree-lined streets adds to the charm and beauty of the neighborhood. Trees not only enhance the aesthetics but also provide shade and contribute to the overall environmental well-being. The pathways and park areas provide an area for all residents to enjoy! It's great to hear that Winchester Hills has prioritized these features.
With a mix of original owners, renters, and families with school-aged children, Winchester Hills has a vibrant and dynamic community. The variety of residents brings different perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences, creating a rich and diverse neighborhood.

Upcoming Meetings
The next Board Member Meeting is Nov 18th @ 4 pm via Zoom. If you are interested in attending the meeting and getting a zoom link, please email associations@nwmonline.com. The board will have reoccurring meetings every 4th Tuesday of the month at 4pm.

Tract A: Winchester Hills Park
Phase One has been Completed!
Winchester Hills Park
We’re excited the play structure has now been installed, officially completing Phase 2 of the park project!
Plans for the remaining of the year are to add landscaping along the neighboring fence to improve aesthetics and provide privacy, as well as a park sign with rules and usage guidelines.
Phase 3 of the park project is tentatively planned to include benches, picnic tables, and a possible pergola over the concrete pad. These additions will create more spaces for families and neighbors to gather and enjoy.

Park At Tract C: Current Park
Sunrise Park
We're happy to report that maintenance work at Sunrise Park has been completed! The board and park committee coordinated with a licensed handyman to take care of minor repairs on the play structure, including pressure washing.

Who’s Kevin? The largest former avian resident of Winchester Hills. Where did he come from? Who really knows? Where did he go? For many years he was a lovely resident and is greatly missed!
